What you need to know

We have two sessions on a Sunday, playing doubles with plastics:

4pm - 6pm (Herts and Essex Sports Centre), minimum level is advanced beginner +.

6pm-8pm (Herts and Essex Sports Centre), minimum level is intermediate + (Able to effectively smash, drop and clear)

Where do we play?

Our advanced beginner+ and intermediate+ sessions are based at Herts and Essex Sports Centre (CM23 5LH). Parking control is in effect, please register your car at reception, parking is free.

How do I join?

Due to the popularity of our sessions, we now have a Sunday session Whatsapp Community and voting for sessions via the Spond app where players can claim a spot in the session of their choice & pay in advance. All our sessions are pay as you go, no ongoing commitment required.
